"Property near train track and river, but home is well insulated and blocked most all sound. Neighborhood quiet and respectful. Quick walk to mainstreet, Katy trail, casino area. Exterior is not a reflection of interior. Exterior could use a power wash. Interior is simple, yet welcoming. Communication with property owner/manager was timely and clear."

The host answered any questions we had and very nice and considerate.The only drawback was the tub/shower combo had no handrails and was not easy for my husband to get in and out. I didn't think to ask if the property was handicap accessible when we booked."

"We had a great experience at this property. We used it for a game weekend at Mizzou. It was only about a 15 minute drive to campus. Everything was very clean and the host was very responsive whenever we messaged him. Highly recommended!"

"The village of Lupus is unique, and the scenery is gorgeous. Cottage is clean, cozy and well appointed. A bit too far for back-and-forth to Mizzou, but perfect for a restful weekend away. "

"Jessica was a kind and gracious hostess. The beds were cozy and comfortable. House is in a prime location withing walking distance of a museum, restaurants and the Katy Trail. There's a beautiful railroad tunnel and the bikes for use were nice and in good repair. The host was also flexible when we needed to make a modification. We would love to return and stay longer in such a peaceful location! "

"I’ve stayed many times in the Tiny Home Village and the Haven House is awesome. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with designated off-street parking. The home was clean, fresh linens, and a lot of things to make you feel right at home. I will definitely be back again soon! "

"Lovely space! Everything I needed was there! Kitchen was great. White noise machine in bedroom. Comfy bed, nice towels, and suprisingly quiet even though it is on a busy street. I can easily recommend this townhouse."
