"I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. I personally appreciated this layout, as it added to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and consistently helpful. Marion, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. "Unser Zimmer war sauber, außerdem gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt mit Optionen von light breakfast bis full breakfast. Bei schönem Wetter bietet der kleine Pool Liegen zur Entspannung. "

I was moved to a different property this time, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the "Superior Room" I booked looked nothing like the advertised photos.
