"This is our thrid stay at this property and we are already booked to come back in 2026. It is a perfect place on a perfect & quiet location on Mayo Lake. Corey is an awesome and responsive host. "We loved the house and being able to dock our boat all week was great. Public boat ramp right across the cove so it was only a couple mins by boat to house. Very quiet neighborhood and all the people in the area were friendly and welcoming. We did not realize that the garage was not accessible and that made unpacking the truck with a weeks work of cloths and food a little more difficult. "

"Overall we had a good time during our week here. The weather was cool for August and we had some rain but we still spent a lot of time on the water. This is a very quiet part of the lake on a side creek. The dock was good for swimming and we had no issues mooring a 25 foot tritoon there. The interior of the house was more dated than we expected but things still worked and it was clean. There is a very nice new big screen TV. The outside of the home did not look as if it had been cleaned...

"This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it again!The property is clean, and the communication with the host was excellent. The people of Clarksville are so kind and welcoming. The location is great for lake activities, or exploring the area. We found some great local breweries and vinyards within reasonable distance and of course enjoyed Buggs Island Brewery for live music lakeside in the evenings. Highly recommend!!"

"We checked in on Saturday and we meet up with our friends who also had boats at the marina. We also have a boat in dry storage and we love this lake. The boat was just what my family needed and provided the space for us to relax and have fun."

"Lovely, well-appointed property, very clean and well-laid out. We cooked at home and the kitchen was very complete. We found that we didn't need the golf cart, despite renting it on advice of the reviews. Elderly grandparents and toddler were able to handle the walk and the sandy "beach" is nicer than the photo. Minor negatives: You must remove your trash at the end of your stay (the dump on our route was closed at that time) and the electronic lock was malfunctioning (could be user failure)....
