Central Downtown Living

  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhouse. This fully furnished home includes private garage parking, central air (Nest), smart TV (65"), wifi, and a private patio.

    Minutes away from all attractions, including Allen & Chippewa (night life), Key Bank Center (Sabres), Casino, Canalside, Sahlen Field, Shea's Theatre, Helium Comedy Club, Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, and Larkinville. Short drive to Niagara Falls and Highmark Field (Bills).
    Quiet times between 9pm and 7am everyday. No parties or unregistered guests.

    No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or on the property, including the back patio and garage. If there is a strong odor of smoke or marijuana at the property, there will be an automatic charge of $250. That is the cost to have an extra cleaning crew come in and o-zone the smoke smell out for the next guest.

    No pets.

It was such a lovely quiet environment

It was a nice stay the place was very clean has a lot of space in it definitely perfect for a get away !

Cute place for a weekend getaway

Location was great, close to the arena. House was well stocked and as advertised. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Awesome accommodations. Only thing I’ll say is the furniture in the living room is hard as a rock but everything else was great.

The property was well located and offered some fun amenities like a ping-pong table in the basement. I would definitely recommend this property to any group of friends or family visiting Buffalo. Justin was also a great host, and responded quickly to any messages and questions we had.

We had a conference at the Buffalo Conference Center and this was perfectly located to get there easily. It was very clean and comfortable. The couch bed would be good for great for a child but didn't work for us as a bed. Other then that was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 bedroom townhouse walkable to downtown Buffalo. Clean and spacious even though somewhat sparsely furnished and decorated.

We were in town for synchro swim competition at Burt Flickinger athletic center so it was very convenient 5 min walk without worrying about parking. The townhouse is located on a quieter street in town. It was stocked well with all the basics. Having washer/dryer was great for us. We didn’t have to contact the host as we didn’t have any issues but we got clear timely communications about check in and checkout instructions. Solid value stay in town.
