"This Quality Inn was chosen by us mainly for the price as well as the accessibility to the interstate for our next day trip to Niagara Falls. "Hotel is great, location is great for a concert or game at key bank center. Its very expensive and the elevators from the parking garage take forever. But I would definitely stay there again for the convenience. It was our 3rd stay ."

"This was probably the oldest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. It’s still maintained it just seems ready for updates. The front desk service was good. We got in pretty late and were woke up by the cleaning service. There was no do not disturb door hanger. We fell back to sleep and another cleaning service worker banged on the door. Seems like they could at least make sure there were DND in the room."

While checking in, the clerk maintained a conversation complaining about the lack of work ethic in other employees. The room was surprisingly quiet which was great given the neighborhood. The freezer in our fridge didn't work because there was too much ice buildup. The AC worked well, which I was grateful given the high temperature. The water there tasted terrible. ...

"There was poop on the bathroom wall; front desk person did come clean it off. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed all the way. The furniture and carpet were badly stained. No coffee in the room. Housekeeping didn’t make my bed or empty the wastebaskets. The bed was so tall I had difficulty getting into it. Breakfast was good."
