"We were told the incidental fee was $25 then they charged to charge us $125 which was not what we were tld from the beginning. The apps on the tv were not working correctly and the breakfast wasn’t anything but stale cereal and bagels. We had to warm everything up down stairs no microwave in the rooms not worth the price."

"I booked a room for a day I seen the room was dirty chairs had some type of liquid I don’t know what it is and looked very poorly maintained.I checked in and in less than 20 min I checked out. I’m so disgusted by this hotel I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy, even regarding the customer service they didn’t say we will give a another room or Aleast show some type of care and compassion. I’m highly disappointed in this hotel."
