"Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. "Shower are dirty. Linen was soiled. When asked if house cleaner could clean shower out she told me she didn’t have time. "

"When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. "
