"The staff were very accommodating in changing our room when the 1st room we were given Rm#310 reeked of cigarette/cigar smoke. Our eyes began watering & noses were burning literally the second we opened the door to Rm#310. The property is older & rooms could use some updating, but everything was clean. The Fitness Center was adequate. The Breakfast had a wide variety of food & my only suggestion is the hot foods were only warm. Parking was plentiful & well lit. "

"I was visiting my daughters and had help from them for the majority of my trip. I am a wheelchair user and needed help to get my suitcase to the hotel entrance from my room on my departure date. When I called guest services at 4:30am on a Monday I was told there was no one available who could help me. Fortunately I have a roller suitcase and pushed the suitcase with my knees. Even though the hotel is not required to have 24 hour help for something like this, it would have been nice if someone...

Our room was terrible.....filthy, torn carpeting; bathroom sink drain didn't work; door wouldn't close tightly in the bathroom; shower rings were broken, so the shower curtain was just hanging in some areas.; closet door wasn't on the track correctly, which made it hard to open and close; shelf in the closet was about to fall; furniture was disgusting, so we used...
