"The room and the rest of the hotel were clean and everything worked. The staff member, Sarah, was outstanding!"

The apps on the tv were not working correctly and the breakfast wasn’t anything but stale cereal and bagels. We had to warm everything up down stairs no microwave in the rooms not worth the price."

"Don't go often but this trip was good. Enjoyed my stay except I get up very early and no coffee pot in the room. No coffee until 6 am. I asked for handicap and toilet was too far down. Could not get up by myself. Had my daughter's to help. Thank goodness."

"100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. "I really enjoyed my overnight stay in May, despite some of the negative reviews I had read beforehand. My room was spotless, fresh, and had no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning worked perfectly on both settings, and I especially loved the bathroom very clean, and the shower was excellent. The only downside was that the walls are fairly thin, so noise does carry. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors for a quieter stay.
