"Staff was fine, room was clean. Overall the place needs updating."

"The staff were all very nice and welcoming and helpful. As for the room it looked like it had seen better days. The bathroom had cracked tiles and there was zero water pressure in the shower and at one point the water turned off all together. There was one single desk chair in the room and we had to bring in the balcony chairs inside just to have somewhere to sit down. I’m sure this room used to be nice when the hotel was first build but it looks like they haven’t done any refreshing or updating...

"We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and...

"Off the charts! Beachfront bungalows were amazing ...but the staff was better!"

"large rooms light and airy (upstairs , downstairs seemed like they may be a little dark and there would be people walking past all the time) steps to upper floor slippy in the tropical weather so be aware if this is a thing for you. all staff, like everywhere in Antigua very friendly and helpful (one minor exception - housekeeping on day of departure a little rude / brusk). quite location , except gardening noise most days (they have to be maintained) walking distance to restaurants but...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. Only issue we had was the 1st room we checked into was very damp and humid, was also on the ground floor by the 2nd pool. The room had a dehumidifier placed in there so we knew it was definitely a problem. They werent able to change our room until the next day but we were pleased with the new room. As for the drinks, best to buy yourself a bottle because the drinks are watered down. "

"Amazing hotel !!"

"The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates...

"I normally stay at Jolly Beach Resort when I come but decided to try Jolly Castle. The room was spacious and perfect for my stay. "

"View beautiful and room clean enough. The menu prices are listed in island dollars-NOT USA dollars but I do didn’t see that noted so the prices looked sky high, but really weren’t (when converted). Food was soso. "

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."
