"The staff were very nice and the cleaners were outstanding. The problem was noise every night outside the room. And the trash and recycling bins were just under my window. It was extremely noisy every morning at 6am, and there was no privacy on the first floor if i opened the drapes. The driveway and sidewalk were on each side so everyone was looking in. "This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower. The free breakfast was amongst the best I have experienced in Europe. We also ate twice in the Polish restaurant attached to the hotel and enjoyed traditional Polish dishes. "We loved everything about Hotel Senacki! We walked miles every day to see as much of Krakow as possible. The windows in our room opened up to the beautiful square.
