Located on a quiet street off of Texas Avenue, you can easily get to shopping and events around town. This adorable, stylish place has a large backyard and would be perfect for lawn games or entertaining. You can find HEB grocery a block away, Big Shots golf within a 5 minute drive, and the University is approx a mile away.

The house was clean and easy to access from the main road. Additional, there were plenty of close by restaurants and grocery stores and shops. The host was responsive and polite and also provided a late check out so that I could shower after running my race (BCS Marathon). I would definitely stay there again if traveling to Bryan/College Station.

Fantastic Bungalow

The house and fenced in backyard were perfect for dogs and children! The interior was very comfortable and impeccably decorated. The location was perfect for our visit to Santas Wonderland!

Great over all! Would definitely rent again! Great host and very cute house that was decorated well!!! House did smell like smoke a bit, but not terrible, I am honestly just waaayyy over sensitive to it. Great trip, great place to stay!

Perfect landing space

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and this home had everything we needed. A full stocked kitchen, laundry room and plenty of space to relax after a long day at the ball park.

Comfort Galore!

We had the best time. A home away from home. We loved the games, taught the teens how to play some Dominos and they actually enjoyed it! So much room for two families.

Fantastic Accommodations

A group of U.S. traveled from Slidell, La to College Station for the LSU/Texas A&M game. This was the perfect house and perfect location. Everything was very clean and very nice. Page did a great job of providing all the details during check in. She was great to work with. The house had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Great location for our time

We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect. Very convenient for getting to the venue and for places to eat. The refrigerator was a great size as we had to keep a fairly large amount of items cool for the rehearsal dinner. The internet was off and on, so that was a little frustrating, but probably just an issue with the internet provider. That can happen. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Overnight Family Stay

Overall the property was suitable for a 1 night stay for 6 adults and 4 kids age 3-7. Property was clean and everything was in good working order. Mattresses were well used and not the most comfortable. Bedding was saturated with a strong fabric softener chemical feel & smell. Made the bedding itchy and difficult to sleep for most of our family.

The host was extremely accommodating and awesome with messaging and answering any questions I had. We were in town for a wedding and she made our stay extremely easy. Everything was clean and well organized. The back yard was lovely. I highly recommend the property.
