"The location is great. Quiet area, a few blocks from subway, groceries stores, great little restaurants and Central Park a few minutes away.The apartment is clean, equipped with 3 A/C units out of 4 bedrooms, lots of fans. We stay there during a heat wave and were comfortable enough. The bedrooms are spacious with windows and lots of light. The check in and out process was very smooth.It s a great place to come back to after a day of exploring the city."

"From check-in until check-out, everything was perfect.The apartment was lovely, clean and very well-organized, our host was incredibly responsive, we loved the neighborhood, and the other people in the building was so gracious and friendly. It is definitely on our "stay again" list. "

"Nice amount of space, great location. Overall was great. The top floor/loft stairs are very steep and only having 1 key is annoying. Beyond that, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay again"

"The place was very clean- entry was easy as soon as we realized how to find the touchpad :)Super convenient via subway if needed. I ended up driving on this trip, and found street parking easily (and within one block).Would highly recommend!"

"Great find! Place was clean and exactly as pictured. Parking is a big bonus. One block walk to the beach. Some of the reviews mentioned the loud music from RBQ downstairs... that didn’t bother me. Overall, great experience, would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends."

"Roberto was very responsive and kind. The location is perfect. The living area is very very spacious — tons of room with giant couches - perfect for our group of girls to hang out after exploring the city. Great food within walking distance. "

"The apartment is great. Not too cramped, well thought out. It is always amazing to me to see how New Yorkers live. Most times their spaces are small so they have to be creative with storage, etc. This place showed that, the wardrobes were helpful to have, it gave all of us a place to store our things. There was a bottle of wine and some cold water which left for us. That was really nice. We usually come prepared to do a thorough cleaning, but the place was cleaned well. Such a plus! The owners...
