"Had a 1-night stay in late June. The overall vibe of the hotel is very modern and artsy, which I loved! Reminded me of smaller art/boutique hotels we have stayed in. The room was quite small - only as wide as the length of the King bed, which was up against the exterior (window) wall, requiring the person on that side of the bed to climb over their partner to get out! "Clean property, very basic with painted cement ceiling and floors. Disappointed with glass door shower without grab bars and a slippery plastic floor. Worried about falling. Also the pump soap and shampoo bottle was impossible to read without glasses, which I don’t wear in the shower. Ehrn I get to the property, the clerk tells me that property charges a 50 facility fee. If I use $15 of that fee that day, they will allow us that. However, the $35 is just an extra charge. Why?"

"This was my second time staying here, and I really do love this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable.
The only downside during this stay was the noise. There was some banging in the mornings that woke me up, I think it may have been the housekeeping staff. "Copley House has a very pleasant and tasteful atmosphere, located wonderfully in the middle of Boston proper. It has an Old World charm that is not present in modern or even older hotels. Our room was clean, although a little small for our taste. The kitchen was a little small as well - the fridge a little warm and the freezer essentially non existent.
The property is well kept, the staff is really friendly and helpful.
