"The staff is the best and only good characteristic of this hotel. They DO NOT offset the negatives for this hotel. I made reservations for five nights and only stayed for one miserable night. THE FRONT DESK IS ENCLOSED WITH BULLET-PROOF GLASS! This hotel is extremely dated and worn: Southwest decor from the1970s. The elevator makes groans and tissue paper poses as your room's walls. There was continuous movement outside, even at 2AM. People were walking, riding bikes and skateboarding ALL night....

"Overall I liked this hotel, the room was decent for the price, and close walkable proximity to Knott's is great. The heated pool was nice, although its barely heated so more like "not freezing" - they really need to turn it up a couple degrees. The only thing I didn't like was limit of 1 parking pass per room when they had a ton of extra spaces for not busy wed/thur. because we had a friend with a 2nd car joining us. If its a sold out weekend, ok sure I get not every room could have 2 spots, but...

"Staff working there was not helpful and at night the younger guy was even rude when I mentioned that there was no shower gel in the room. We were told we can leave and he continued arguing with me saying it’s not his problem when I pointed out their housekeeping never checked both of the shower gel containers to make sure there was any left for the guests who are checking in. In the morning we were receiving a call at 10:30am (before checkout time, which is unusual) to see if we will stay...

"I stay in this Inn every year to visit my mom who’s in the assisted living near by. The place is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. I’ll definitely use their hot tub next year. I suggest to upgrade the shower head but I highly recommend this place."

"Don’t come to this hotel. 1. No parking spaces and offer validation parking only 2. Parking fee is $27 for one night. It is very expensive in this area. 3. No parking fees in the area where this hotel located.except downtown Anaheim. 4. Rooms Is very small to compare what they charge for each room."
