"Me and a partner were traveling in Stockholm for one night and got stranded when our original lodging got cancelled. We needed something affordable and while it was a bit out of our price range (we had our original lodging for free), the room was only $211 for the night. We were expecting it to be on the lower end of lodging locations but were pleasantly surprised. The room was so nice and the hotel was styled so cool. Awesome amenities AND air conditioning. We highly recommend"

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands.
The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns.
We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."

We had a wonderful stay at Zinkensdamm Hotel and would happily stay here again, especially as a family.

1. WiFi was not available.
2. Staff was not helpful nor capable of fixing the lack of WiFi. Responses of the staff included: "There's nothing I can do." " I'm not good with that technology and don't know how to work with the Internet."
3. Staff showed no empathy towards the impact on our visit and did not offer any discount for not.providing WiFi that was part of the agreement.
