"My 3rd stay here the showers are good the hotel is clean I stayed in room 1 the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the last 2 times and they’ve changed policy check out is now 10 am so for that reason I probably won’t return it’s good for what you pay but 10 am is just. A little too early for me"

"Very disappointed with room. Paid £80 when was only worth a maximum of £20. Fire safety poster in bedroom unreadable! Very dated, dark & dingy decoration In desperate need of work Located on a busy main road, so noisy traffic. Carpet unclean Bathroom in need of updating 2 cups in room but no glasses. I asked a member of staff for a glass but was told they don’t supply glasses?? Definitely not recommended at this price!!!!"

"The space was great, in a brilliant location. The check in receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower head was not broken, but we did manage to shower with difficulty. We reported it when checking out but felt we should have received some form of compensation. We understand these things happen so don't be put off, highly recommended!"

"Despite a request for a disability friendly room we found ourselves at the very top of the guest house and having to carry heavy luggage with a disability was totally unacceptable. In addition to this we were met with a pungent smell of cigarettes and cannabis and the smell unfortunately was rife in our room and we were unable to remove the smell despite having windows open all night and using our cleaning products as air freshners . The bathroom was in a despicable state very very dirty...

"Wasn't aware of limited parking but staff were extremely helpful with alternative. The chap that checked us in was brilliant and so chatty and helpful, shame I didn't get name."

"Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "

Noisy in other room - until 1.30 in the morning and then they got up at 6.30 am !!! Staff - friendly and welcoming - No staff any where to be found after arrived until I left the next day Had to leave key in open office area - and feel should be a post box- any one could take the key and go back into the room - I left...
