Staff helpfulness is 10/10 though! Breakfast was always good and hot. Only "complaint" is that there were groups of guests without shoes or socks in the breakfast area there should have been told to put their toes away if they were in the food serving...

"The property is beautiful. Everything was very pretty and clean. The Internet was unusable the speeds were so slow. There wasn't a mini fridge or microwave in the room, so you can't keep drinks cold or heat up something. They did have a mini fridge at the small ice machine in the first floor, but I don't want to leave my stuff in a community area. The bed was a little firm for comfort, but not bad. There isn't any ventilation in the bathroom, so the shower steam fills up the whole area. Also,...

"As always, everything was flawless. The hotel, breakfast, room, and amenities were all outstanding.
I want to share a special note of appreciation for Ms. Marquisha at the front desk. Her vibrant energy, genuine kindness, and drive to exceed every expectation made both our check-in and our entire stay truly remarkable.
Thank you, Ms. Marquisha—you really make all the difference. In an increasingly AI-driven world, you reminded us that a human touch, a warm smile, and a good laugh are completely...
