Broad Clyst station (remains), 1998. View NE, towards Salisbury: ex-LSWR London - Salisbury - Exeter etc. main line. The station was closed 7/3/66 but the line remains very much in use, albeit much of it reduced to single line.

We were upgraded on arrival and enjoyed a junior suite. It was quiet and comfortable. Gave us fresh milk on request an extra tea bag would of been helpful.

Our welcome afternoon tea treat was greatly enjoyed. The house is beautiful: it’s separate lounges and kitchens and the pool and hot tub offered something for everyone in our multi generational family.
