"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment.
They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise.
The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away.
It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet.
The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk.
I would highly recommend this place."

"Everything was spot on: clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful garden to use too. The hosts, Jon and Sara were lovely with plenty of helpful hints, advice and general information. I would certainly recommend!"

"It’s a lovely cottage which contains pretty much all you need. It’s very warm inside and there are lovely features. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, some biscuits and milk which was very thoughtful.
Improvements would be that 3 people wanted a shower but the hot water ran out after 1.5 people. Also there were a few cobwebs around and it could do with a paint touch up here and there.
Great value for money and we had a lovely stay."
