"It was our first time in this hotel and we were so delighted with everything. The team is lovely and made us feel home by offering us a complimentary drink when checking-in. The rooms were big, quiet and very well cleaned. Beds are so comfy!! We also had breakfast, which was so delicious and incredible value for money. I actually wanted to stay another night, a bit sad we had to leave."

"A beautiful boutique hotel- our room made us feel treated to lovely holiday as it had a good sized traveller fridge, tasteful decor, was cheery and bright, super comfortable bending and bed, quiet space quite close to the waterfront. Wonderful area for walking and many places to dine and shop close by. Loved this place and highly recommend it! "

"This hotel promised much but fell short in a number of different areas, namely around the room and en-suite. For a 4 star hotel the room was worn around the edges for example the plug socket for the kettle didn't work and the strings for the blinds were broken and then knotted. In addition, the main blind in the bedroom had masking tape on it. A 4 star hotel should have better quality fittings. However on the positive side, the bed was big and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. Although...

"Great location but quite noisy. We stayed on a weekend and as the clubs and pubs emptied out there was a lot of shouting and singing from the street so just be aware of that. Room was comfortable and clean but a little underwhelming for the price. Staircase up to room is very narrow so quite difficult to negotiate with luggage. Would not recommend for a person who is not too mobile."

"Perfectly good hotel. Lovely clean room, wonderful staff especially the receptionist, I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful carrying up luggage three floors. Don't like leaving negatives, but if you're not mobile there is no lift in the building. Would definitely recommend. "

Was so bad.. if u stood under it and turned it on u wouldnt get wet as the water was spraying to the side. I had tk descale it myself "
