"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "

"Overall, we found the stay enjoyable and appreciated the amenities. However, we did encounter an issue upon arrival - the toilet in our room was already plugged. The front desk attempted to plunge it for us, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. As a result, we had to use the only available toilets...

"First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub...

"It was a good place to lay your head for a night. No major complaints. It was clean but dated. I would stay here again. Only feedback I would give is to get the musty smell out of the rooms and the hallways, otherwise was great."

"Very clean and located in a nice area! Pool was closed. Wish there were an indoor pool, but it’s ok! One staff member was sweet, the other wasn’t attentive, hung up on me when I had a concern. Still overall loved the hotel! "
