"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40. I have been...

"A very spacious and comfortable apartment. Everything works well and is very clean."

"Had a very pleasant stay. Really nice pool open to 11pm and well equipped gym. Hotel close to the beach. Room spacious and clean"

"Everything was fine. I was just bothered by the ants everywhere."

"A rather dated hotel on a small quiet beach to the south of St James. We liked the location and being so close to the beach. The included water sports (Not unlimited) and the use of the water taxi to sister hotels was a plus. We didn’t go to the pool and never saw anybody else using it as the beach is far more desirable. "Heather at the front desk was superb and did everything in her power to make our stay great. The housekeeping personal Rasheeda from our arrival thru Thursday (before her vacation) was phenomenal with daily upkeep. That said, I did tell a young man at the front desk about a heavy mold build-up in the shower bathroom walls, floor, and behind the bathroom sink. He told me someone from maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I would shower with beach sandals and be...

"Toilet did not work breakfast cold"

"The property was clean. Needs a little upgrade. AC was only in the bedroom so the rest of the room was hot. The ceiling fan over the dining room table did help. Found it noisy in the evening"

"A Relaxing Stay Made Special by the Wonderful Staff We had a lovely stay at Le Roy Hotel and would definitely return! The location is fantastic, right on St. Lawrence Gap, with a beautiful beach view. We visited during a quieter time, which was perfect for us. With our usually busy lives, it was wonderful to slow down, enjoy relaxed mornings, walk out for coffee, and simply unwind. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant, making...
