"Great location for a quick trip. Hotel is good location by the sea about 10 mins walk from train station. Nice little room at the top of the house which was greatly decorated and good view over the square out to sea. Can imagine the room gets hot on a nice day. Breakfast was nice.
Was four floor walk up the stairs or a very slow lift. But expected in a period property."

"Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...
"It is a weird place the entrance to the hotel is that of a pub/disco club but you can access to the hotel itself only with your room key. Staff is really nice and helpful.
On Friday night we had a room on the 4th floor not to hear the noise but it is fun. Rooms small but comfortable bed and with everything you need. Mirrors on the bathroom heated so they don’t get foggy (a touch of class we thought) Abundant and nice breakfast. Excellent quality/price when in Brighton will definitely book back...
"Beautiful hotel and comfortable room. Excellent location, very close to all the amenities in town and right on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was a bit awkward due to the positioning of the door, shower and sink (water went everywhere when showering!) but wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast had lots of variety but the quality wasn’t great for some of the hot items. We would stay here again when returning to Brighton. "
