"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"So this hotel itself was very clean and very well appointed. However, I do feel that it was a bit overpriced and the rooms were small, but the amenities were good and it did have laundry facilities in a pool as well as the good breakfast. However, having extensive experience in customer service management, there was AI could not Clothes out my stay without. I'm seeing something about the inexcusable way, my fiance, and I were treated after a simple couples spat ( this was an argument- I kid you...

"The property was clean and comfortable. We only had one complaint: we chose a room with a king size bed, but it was a queen. When we called down the front desk said, oh yes, they advertise them as kings but they are really queens!"
