"This is a nice converted old pub with renovated rooms that a cozy and comfortable. Great for a quick trip and and overnight stay - 2 max but not really much nolonger. The only downside for me was that the room was tiny. Double bed in the corner. So too small for more than one person. very small cupboard in fact the coffee and tea were in the same tiny space as the cupboard. "

"Loved our stay, great communication, very helpful. Lovely touches by the owner, the house was nice and warm when we arrived, lovely and clean. The location for us was perfect. Under 10 mins to everywhere Would definitely recommend when staying in Ballarat. "

"This is a beautiful property. I recommend watching the Restoration Australia show (Series 3) on ABC iView detailing the work that has gone into this property. The property is excellently appointed and has everything you could need. The communication was fantastic as is the location. Highly recommended."

"The house is very well situated within walking distance of the town centre/restaurants etc. The street is quiet and there is plenty of on street parking just outside the house."
