  • Walk or ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail to sandy Linnell Landing beach (< 1 mile), Nickerson State Park (1/3 mile) and Ocean Edge Resort (<1 mile) from this sunsplashed apartment (similar to a Condo or Flat). Access trail to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is at the cul-de-sac. Everything is brand new and very private. Enjoy the lovely private patio with a gas grill and fire pit table. Relax in the comfortable furnishings and central A/C. The apartment is an attached addition to the main house. All rooms and the patio shown belong to the apartment and the only shared space is the garden/yard/play area.

    Enjoy the rooftop bar and beach bar at nearby Ocean Edge Resort (both are open to the public). Take a swim at Linnell Landing Beach or at the ponds at Nickerson State Park. Rent a sunfish sailboat, play golf or miniature golf, take a bike ride, explore gift shops and antique shops and watch the sunset on Cape Cod Bay.

Words can’t express how accommodating the amenities are for families with kids/small kids like ours. Complete with a hose to rinse off sandy littles, simple pleasures from home like regular hand soap, some cleaning/laundry supplies if you forget yours, plenty of towels, blankets and the whole place is extremely clean and comfortable. We look forward to future trips here!

As a retired builder I can say that this property is an extremely well designed and planned cottage. In addition to that, all of the furnishings and fixtures are of very high quality. Excellent location and very private. We would not hesitate, for a second, to book our next Cape visit there again.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Ferienhaus war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt.Auch die Lage war ideal und bot den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erholung. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Apartment was gorgeous and luxurious. The location was very convenient, close to bay beaches and a short drive to the national seashore. We walked on the bike trail to Cobie’s for dinner one night. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hazel and Rich were the nicest of people and their newly built rental was beautifully appointed. It was immaculately clean and situated in Brewster, a charming close-to-everything small village in Cape Cod. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Another great stay!

This was the second year my husband and I stayed at this property and plan to return again next year. It’s super comfortable, clean and close to the beaches we love. The hosts are wonderful too!

Great family stay

The property is exactly as described. New, clean, comfortable and has everything you may need. It is close to beaches and activities. We stayed with one of our granddaughters and it was perfect. I especially like having an extra 1/2 bathroom and central air. I highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking to explore different parts of the Cape then this is the perfect location for you! Close to bay side for low tide, close to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Close drive to Province Town as well. All with the perfect comforts of home. If you are looking for a quiet location with all the amenities of home then this is the perfect place. We were thrilled with our stay! The host, Hazel, made it a perfect stay for us!

Enjoyed our stay

The property is a great place to stay, new and super clean! Hazel and Rich are fabulous hosts, very easy to communicate with and super helpful. We were in town to see our son play in Cape Cod baseball league and this location is located in a great area and super easy to travel to other cities on the Cape. Would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Suite and Location

We spent last week on the Cape and this 2-bedroom suite was the perfect stay for our family. Brand new, coastal charm within easy drive and walks to park, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Quiet and serene location and lovely owners who provided amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, secluded patio/firepit and recommendations to make the most of our visit. We would stay here again and highly recommend!
