"The hotel carpets were water‑stained and grim, the air‑conditioning was dead on arrival, and the “solution” offered was a fan so weak it couldn’t cool a hamster. The curtains didn’t close, so I spent the entire night lit up like a shop window.
Yes, the location is great, Sainsbury’s next door, but the mythical “free parking” might as well be listed under folklore. Unicorns are more common.

"Lo mejor de esta habitación es la ubicación y que el costo no es tan elevado comparado con otros en la misma zona, pero si es impresionante que por ese precio no puedas recibir acceso a limpieza diaria, la cual es un poco necesaria en una habitación tan pequeña, pero la ubicación y la limpieza con la que entregaron el lugar es 10/10"

""Good property, well connected with metro stations nearby. However, toilet paper was very limited, there were no cloths in the kitchen, and the only one available when we arrived was very dirty. There was no broom for cleaning, and everything had too many instructions about not moving or touching things.""

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are modern and well appointed.
Couple of niggly things.
TV signal and channels not so good. TV remote batteries were flat. Had to go downstairs to reception get them replaced and then back downstairs again get them put in the proper way around.
There is no complimentary water in the rooms. They provide you with an empty bottle and you have to go to a water fountain on the top floor to fill it.
Rooms do not have air conditioning. They provide a Dyson...

"A bit hard to find, on a small back street near the Globe Theater.
Spacious, modern room, quiet and peaceful place steps away from Borough Market, which is vibrant and heaving with people.
Really enjoyed my stay, but 2 thing to be aware of:
There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and no clock of any sort.
Which I found strange.
Also, no fire escape map on the door, like there is in every other lodging I have ever stayed in.
I got up at 3 am to find the fire escape myself, for...

"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."
