Our only real complaint was our room #31. I understand old hotels don’t have lifts, so it’s a long way up to the top floor with luggage. Our room had water damage around the windows. "This is an old Scottish Hotel with a modern reception, dining and extension. It has retained the best of both worlds and of course is on the sea front. We had a ground floor room in the extension with a small individual patio and facing the sea loch. We could park directly outside so bag carry was a few yards. Food excellent, perhaps over generous portions! Excellent shower ample hot water and good local toiletries. Bed large and comfortable. WiFi sound. POD based coffee. Staff...
