"The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance.
There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with...

"Location in the center of Newcastle, close to restaurants and facilities. Parking was very good and safe, but was an additional cost.
Staff were friendly and helpful, gym was good.
Room size was large and thet kitchen and dining area were very good. Bedroom was large and bed comfortable, a mirror in the bedroom would have been good.
We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."
