"Our overall experience was wonderful. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean but noticed the storage space was minimal. Bathroom was noisy. Room service was available upon request and they are very responsive. Parking was convenient and safe. Access to shopping & restaurants was walkable. We are definitely looking forward to stay here for our future visits to LA."

"Room had stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Felt like a whole apartment instead of a small room. Very clean and staff was very nice. One of the best hotels I’ve been to in LA."

"We had to shut the bathroom door because there was a light outside the bathroom window shining Right in on the bed and it was so bright that we had to shut the bathroom door to keep that light from coming in on us. There is only one washcloth and one hand towel."

"Overall a very nice stay. AC worked nicely. Room was clean but the property itself is old so you do get that older hotel musky scent here and there. Parking is indeed $8/night but be aware it is not 'directly' behind but one parking area beyond that as there's a few different areas surrounding it. So be prepared to walk just a little bit. If you tire easily then be mindful of that and that the entrance is at street level but then you take 2 sets of stairs to get to the main floor for check in...

"The power went out around 5am and nobody bothered to notify us. I use a Cpap machine and it was very scary when I was woken up from lack of air… The house keeping staff were very short and rude, when I asked about the power outage. They asked me to talk to the manager. I don’t think they really cared!!! BTW they charge a premium for the room and on top of that they charge you $50 per night for parking. Or you need to park at one of cities public lots. Crazy parking and long wait."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! We do not have one bad thing to say about our stay. The area was clean and super convenient. We loved having a full kitchen and separate bedroom since we had our 2 year old and our 2 small dogs with us as well. The breakfast had everything we needed to start our day. It was a great stay!! We would definitely stay here again!"
