"Rented a 2 bedroom suite and was given a room that looked like they slid a sofa in last minute to make seem like a suite, they were doing construction and worked until 9:45 pm, I went to front desk at 9 and asked how much longer they would be working loudly and was rudely told they are done for day but then continued for another 45min to an hour, we had room booked for 2 days but left after 1 night, horrible hotel."

"Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning."

"It has been a long time since I've had such an enjoyable time staying in a hotel and will recommend this place to everyone heading to the Mount Rushmore area. All staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The rooms were quiet - we didn't hear any neighbors at all. The bathroom was clean and the shower head was awesome. It was so nice to have the full size pumps of shampoo/conditioner and body wash, but it was really awesome to have the hand soap...
