"The location was very convenient to lots of things to do. The apartment looked like the photos, and we stayed nice and cool. We felt like the floors and shower needed a good clean. The floors were a bit sticky too. I accidently spilled a little sunscreen on the floor. When I went to clean it up with a paper towel, it turned blackish. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. Overall, the apartment looked nice, but seemed a bit dirty."

"This is a beautiful independent apartment attached to the owner's home. It is well stocked, very clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It is in a very quiet area, reasonably easy to access, yet not far to town. The host is very responsive so communication is good. There is a washer/dryer in unit (bring your own detergent). The older home is well maintained in an established neighborhood. Extremely clean. Home is well located to explore the northern, central and southern entrances to New River Gorge National Park. "Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area.
