"The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious with tea and coffee facilities. The location was close to Swansea Museum. It was not far from the Marina and the National Waterfront Museum as well as Plantasia and a walk away from Wind Street."

"Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. "good location with plenty of parking. The whole inside was tired and old fashioned. The room we had was poorly decorated, the windows are rotting, the carpet is dirty and rumpled up, the furniture is old and tatty, the bathroom, though quite large, was scruffy and with mold around the bath, the plug didn't fit the sink, there was no hot water in the morning and the cold air blower didn't really produce any cold air. Certainly wouldn't stay here again."
