"The refrigerator stopped working and the food we'd brought went bad. The front desk guy didn't seem to care and did nothing about it. The room was clean enough, with the expected features, but nothing stood out as "excellent". It was fine, just not in the "great" category."

"Listing states the property is 2 bedrooms plus a loft. Please note that the second bedroom is located in a separate structure that is not attached to the house. This was not clear in the listing.
