"This is the perfect house for multiple families and the huge kitchen is a perfect gathering spot. Nick was very responsive and answered every question we had immediately. We absolutely loved our time here and plan on rebooking next year."

"Amazing! We lived in Charlevoix 55 yrs ago as newlyweds in the Coast Guard. Husband spoke with Earl Young to rent the Half House. Couldn’t afford at 150 mo!!! ! So this was soo fun. Beach down the hill, town is walk able everywhere. It’s pretty much original so enjoy the history of it!!! We’ll be back!"

"Great property to stay for a couple. Clean, comfortable, and great amenities on the property. Our cell connection was limited near the property, so read though the check in and directions before you drive to the location. Taking screenshots of the very clear instructions from the host would have helped us. This was a great place to explore Torch lake and the area. "

"The home was stunning with ample room for our family to enjoy. We caught fish from the dock and the kids enjoyed the water. It is a great place. The host was very friendly, kind and very responsive to our questions/concerns. "

"We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! "

"This spot is close to downtown Petoskey, yet far enough that you feel away from it all. We rented a canoe and did 5 miles down the Bear river, which brought us back to the camp site. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. The bathroom/shower house was clean and had plenty of hot water. Don't forget the bug spray, being close to the river did bring mosquitoes. We had a great anniversary weekend and would definitely return! "

"Cabin was very clean, cute, and cozy! We brought our 1 year old for his first trip up north. This was a great location for us. 30 min from the beach we like to go to and about 5 min from downtown harbor springs. Owner and kind neighbors gave us firewood that lasted us the entire week which was wonderful. Lots of s’mores made! If you have young ones the cabin is right by the street, so you gotta keep an eye out so they don’t run into the road but our guy did just fine. Would definitely recommend...

"We had a wonderful stay here! This condo has everything you need, is spacious, and in a perfect location. The condo is super clean, has tons of storage space, and has a great deck overlooking the creek. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms for 6 females! Sue, the property manager, is friendly and responded to all my questions really quickly. The condo has the best of both worlds as you have access to the resort amenities but it is also close to downtown and Torch Lake. The beach club access at...

"We enjoyed our stay. The pictures were an accurate representation of the property. Everything was clean and well kept. The hosts were super responsive and quick to answer. Finding the pool/beach was confusing to me but they quickly directed me on where to go when I asked. We also weren't required to do any type of clean up before leaving. This was a first for me with using travel sites. Bonus points for that.Only critiques would be that the bathroom door was super hard to shut and open. Almost...

"Very clean property. Owner was extremely responsive. Well located between Petoskey and Charlevoix, with easy access to Boyne City. Even though it was hot during our stay, the small window A/C plus ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Would definitely recommend!"
