    Welcome to your perfect slopeside escape at Boyne Mountain Resort. This beautifully 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom condo in Disciples Village (#652) offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience—located just 100 feet from the Disciples 8 lift, making it effortless to start and end your day on the slopes.

    With lift activity visible right outside your window, you can relax fireside while keeping an eye on the mountain.

    Updated with modern finishes and thoughtful upgrades, this spacious condo is designed to comfortably host up to 18 guests—perfect for large families or group getaways. The home features two full kitchens, two inviting living areas with large-screen TVs, and a private patio complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating.

    On the main level, you’ll find the primary suite with a king bed, an en suite bath, and a custom-tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest room with two queen beds and a nearby full bathroom.

    Upstairs, an additional bedroom offers two queen beds and its own en suite bathroom.

    The lower level includes a second full kitchen and living area, along with two additional bedrooms—each furnished with two queen beds—and two full bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also provided, along with access to the outdoor patio.

    Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the peaceful Northern Michigan setting. Fire up the gas grill (propane provided) and dine outdoors at the picnic table—perfect after a day on the slopes or trails.

This was the perfect place for our family. It had all the amenities we needed & room to lay back and relax. Would highly recommend. We used the water park which was outstanding and the Sky Bridge was fantastic. They had not opened for skiing yet.

Family Golf TripThe house was exactly as advertised with a great location; our group had a wonderful time on our annual golf trip. The house is very spacious well equipped and clean. It had plenty of room to accommodate our group of golfers. When in the Boyne Falls area we would definitely stay at this house again.

We walked into a place that was bright and clear. Lots of room to spread out and to get together. Really great to have both the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. Enjoyed the easy access to the Boyne Valley bike trail.

Rooms and layout was great. Location to lift was perfectly convenient. We will probably stay here again in the future. We only wish there was a bathtub in the master suite. Overall, this is a great place to bring a big family.

Loved it!

Perfect place to stay with a large group! Lots of space, and double kitchens are very convenient! Awesome shower pressure, comfortable beds/bedding, great location! Would stay here again for sure! Everyone in our group loved it as well! 16 of us fit very comfortably.

We've Stayed Here 3 Times - and Scheduled for a 4th

This place is a great location! Ski-in/ski-out to Disciples 8-person lift. Shuttle can be called to take non-skiers to the village area. Lots of bedrooms & beds. "Common" areas are small, but we made it work!
