"Dirty, old, and not what the pictures posted by the Expedia represent by any means. We checked in and immediately asked to be moved to a different room. The deluxe suit is right by a noisy road, and severely outdated. The second room was even worse with numerous stains, hairs, and trash left behind including a prescription pack with left over white residue of who knows what. I booked based off of the Excellent rating given by Expedia reviewers, however now I feel as if the true reviews have been...

"Food was not good. Went to front desk to ask question and young man was asleep at the desk. On check in they wanted a $50 deposit even tho room had been paid for. Not a fan of this policy. On check out said it could take up to a week to show as a credit on my card."

"This place was better than expected. The balcony with the Riverview and the location to get you anywhere in 15 minutes really sold me. They also had a laundry room on site whoch we relly needed after 12 days on the road. Front desk also had quarters for the machines. They also have a pool and breakfast, though we never made it to either. I would totally stay here again"

"Nice pool, friendly staff but the breakfast was really poor it wasn’t good at all. They only offered scrambled eggs (which I don’t eat) sausage, biscuits, apples, oranges and coffee, nothing else. Not even orange juice or milk for the kids to drink."

"Although we were only in the room for one night while traveling home, we were exhausted and it was great to walk into a clean, spacious and comfortable space where we could rest and rejuvenate for the next day’s drive. The shower was large and amazing, the bed was very comfortable. There were many restaurants within either walking or short driving distance, and easy access to the interstate. We slept too late to enjoy the breakfast, but I did enjoy the coffee! We would definitely stay here...

"Outstanding value for money. This hotel easily beats the competition with its superior breakfast spread and a fantastic saltwater pool that stays open late. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!"
