"Room was smelling bad the box spring for the bed was on th floor. Spent 1 night. Had to get another place stay after 1 night. My husband became ill 3 days after we left. Was allergic to moldy smell"

"This property is affordable and clean. The rooms are spacious and pretty comfortable. Improvements could include a better equipped kitchen and more comfortable poolside chairs. These would be affordable upgrades for then owners and they’d be very enjoyable for guests. "

"AC in the room was extremely loud. Bathtub with yellow stain, you don’t expect this for this type of hotel. The Breakfast is ridiculous expensive $35 US dollars per person. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful. The night security guy went beyond words to help us."

Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in. "Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. "

Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip.
