Also the deposit that you had to put down after paying online that said would be refunded in three hours after checkout is still not returned. "The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"
