If you’ve ever wanted to go to the bathroom in the middle of your bedroom with just a piece of glass separating you and your partner, then it’s a great place. Mini fridge didn’t work. Shower water pressure was dismal. Elevators didn’t work consistently. Wouldn’t stay again."

"Hotel was easy to find but parking is an issue if you don't reserve a spot but at $50 a day. There is a nearby enclosed parking place that is a few blocks away which we paid only $13 for overnight parking. Also, the desk clerk did not provide a clear picture of what the street parking restrictions were. Beyond that, the front desk was always helpful, positive and eager to answer questions. Given this was our first time in the Cambridge area, wasn't sure of how safe it was but we found no issues,...

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"This little gem is perfect for visiting Boston. I came solo from the UK and it was exactly what I needed. The room is basic, but cosy and very quaint. I didn’t spend much time there anyway as I was looking to travel around the area.
