"I was astounded how expensive this hotel was for a pretty standard hotel. The staff gave me the wrong room number and I tried to get into the wrong occupied room. When I went to explain my plight the staff appeared burden by my request for the correct key and room and no apology was forth coming. I order a simple meal and was told the wait would be 30mins, 90mins later I was still waiting. When it arrived it was merely adequate. I would not stay here again."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. "Zu Ealing Broadway station muss man nur 9 Minuten laufen. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt’s in der Nähe. Ich bin für ein Konzert in Wembley hier geblieben, konnte mit dem Bus dann zum Hotel zurückfahren. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich dreckig, bringt aufjedenfall Handtücher mit!!! Und auch eine Internationale Steckdose, da Deutsche Ladekabel nicht reinpassen in diesem Hotel! Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, da sie auch ziemlich dreckig war. Ich war hier nur zum schlafen.
