This centrally located brownstone apartment is located on famous Beacon St Fenway Park is within walking distance. Renovated from top to bottom, brand new and modern luxury 4 bedrooms with all en suite bathroom and one half bathroom brownstone nestled inside a historic Boston Brownstone. Many shops, H Mark, restaurants and stores just cross the street.

Extremely fast WI-FI speeds provided at location.

The nearest stops are greenline C (Hawes or St.Mary stop) and D line(Fenway). Easy public transportation. Short 1 minute walk to nearest subway stop.

Convenient location extended family stay

This is a three floor rental. Two bedrooms and bath on the top floor, half bath on the main and two bedrooms bathroom in the garden level. Despite the T right outside the unit was surprisingly quiet. Communication was easy and the location amazing. The garden level unit beds weren’t as comfortable as the top floor but overall stay was perfect for the family. Kitchen well stocked. Parking spot accessible from the back door. There’s plenty of room. Would return for an extended stay.

Highly Recommend

Stayed for six weeks while getting medical treatment in Boston - a warm, comfortable. quiet place to return to each day. The location and neighborhood were wonderful. Trolley stop was half a block away, interesting restaurants and convenient shops, Tatte coffee, HMart grocery and several green spaces all an easy walk. Nancy was responsive and very accommodating. Thank you!

Excellent Location

We stayed in this home for four months while my brother was getting treatment at Dana Farber. The location is walking distance to the hospital, multiple T stations, Fenway, shopping, downtown Boston, etc. The home is large and well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. Home owners were accessible and quick to make needed repairs. Highly recommend this home.

Girls' Weekend in Boston

We really enjoyed our long weekend getaway at this property! Great space for gathering, bedrooms were large, en suite bathrooms were excellent for privacy & convenience, everything was neat, tidy, and clean! This townhouse is great for families, couples, or friends, but not for those who can't do stairs. Conveniently located directly on the T Greenline C, so easy in-and-out travel to just about anywhere in the city. The pictures are 100% accurate. The only downsides were: 1. The distance/time to downtown destinations and 2. the single parking space that comes with the property. Both manageable. We would definitely stay here again!

Make-up Graduation Trip

Flew to Boston for our daughter's college graduation (finally). The house was perfect for our family and a couple friends we had. All the rooms had their own private bathrooms and the location in Brookline was perfect walking distance to downtown Boston. Had a great long weekend.

Great place to stay!

We were a group of 4 couples and this location was perfect in every way!! Plenty of space for gathering in the kitchen or living room as a whole group. The bedroom situation was excellent! 2 up/2 down and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Location was a plus as well. We were able to walk, take train and/or Uber everywhere with ease. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Fabulous property

This home is as stunning in person as in the pictures. The location is perfect with a green line metro stop steps from the property. There is a Whole Foods a few minutes by walk and a great restaurant as well. There are hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms have their own bath which made life wonderful for the 7 adults we had this past week. We will definitely rent this again on any return trip to Boston. Nancy was easy to work with and communicated quickly. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Brownstone in a Great Location

This was a great place. It was three couples and we had a great time. The house had a lot of space where we could all be together. Amenities were fantastic and the location is right by a T stop. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Outstanding location

This is a very nice property. Newly renovated. Clean. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. Plenty of room. Great location near public transportation that is very easy to navigate. Downsides: for those using the upstairs bedrooms, you do get some noise from the unit above. It’s manageable. The kitchen could also stand to be equipped a little better but, again, it was manageable. We will definitely consider this property for our return trips to Boston!

Lovely residence in a great location!

Beautifully maintained, all rooms are spacious and pleasant. The kitchen set up is great for 8 people, we entertained grandsons by making Christmas cookies at the long counter. All in all, a great experience for our family.

Absolutely Stunning

We could not be happier with our stay at this property, and have already booked a return visit. It is spacious, beautiful, impeccably clean, and located nicely between Cambridge and Downtown (the areas we had business in). The owner was warm and responsive. Highly recommended.

The Best!

Our family of four decided to have our Thanksgiving in Boston and rented this VRBO. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely large with four wonderful bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything was exceedingly clean. The apartment was fully appointed, very tastefully decorated, updated with latest technology including thermostats, Wifi, TV etc. Best of all it had a large fully outfitted kitchen where we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for our family without having to supplement any dishes, pots, utensils etc.. The apartment was wonderfully quiet and in a great neighborhood. We walked almost everywhere although we had to option of a T-stop right out the front door. Nancy the manager was great to work with and very responsive. Being first time VRBOers she was very helpful in explaining the process. Our family would highly recommend this apartment. We are going to look for excuses to visit Boston again and hopefully stay at this same location. Definitely a 5+ star location.

Great apartment, great location

This was our second time staying at this apartment. The location is great and though Beacon Street is bustling during the day, at nighttime this apartment is dark and quiet. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty to see, do and eat within walking distance or by train with a convenient green line stop right at the corner. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for baseball fans and Boston explorers!

This was a perfect location for our group of friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. It is clean and spacious and up-to-date. It was easy to enter the property with the pre-provided codes. The location is amazing! We walked to Fenway on Friday night to watch the Red Sox beat the Yankees :) There is a Whole Foods and a wine store across the street as well a wonderful bakery (Tatte) on the next block. I was able to walk across the street for a pedicure and there were two day spas close by as well. It was an easy walk home from O'Leary's Pub and a short walk to the Time Out Market on Park Drive, a great location for yummy food choices and delicious cocktails in a relaxed but urban location. We didn't have many questions, but Nancy was quick to answer when we did. I highly recommend this rental and will eagerly return. You should put on your Fitbit and get ready to get your steps in because there is so much to see and do within walking distance (though we found Uber/Lyft to be quick and easy as well). One note is that the alley is narrow so be careful if you take a car to park. Only feedback we could think of was more hangers in the closets and maybe an extra blanket in each closet. One of the downstairs tubs was slow to drain. There are plenty of dishes and towels and paper products, etc. and there were hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all of the baths. Two full sets of washer/dryers though we didn't use them on our short 3-day stay. We never watched any TV because we were busy exploring the city, but not all bedrooms have TV's which could be an issue for some guests. We loved it!!
