They are not part of the resort so no amenities like the water park, and gym are included in it. "Our second time staying at the Frances Suite. Another perfect stay! Two days this time, so we were able to see more of what the area has to offer. My only suggestion would be to apply tinted window film to the upper windows. The sun is bright and heats up the room, requiring the AC to work more.
