"Host provides clear instructions, the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some other reviews mentioned issues with the hot water, for us we just needed to let the shower run for a couple minutes before it got hot but after that it seemed fine. We didn't spend much time at the apartment other than to sleep and shower, and can't comment on what is provided as far as the kitchen goes.Generally windows are just screens with louvered covers in Puerto Rico, so even with everything closed...

"really enjoyed our stay at Casa Santiago. the home was clean and included all the amenities we needed, the private pool was perfect after a hot day at beach. the place is located within close distance to beach and local restaurants. but you will need a car, the property has a private lot. the restaurant recommendations were excellent and all amazing. I really do hope to return to casa Santiago and Aguadilla."

"We love crashboat and this place is perfect. Super cozy great indoor and outdoor space. The only thing would change is to just keep salt and pepper in kitchen - other spices I get having to buy but just having salt and pepper would have been helpful. And would have liked if villa had beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent every day. These things aside it was our favorite rental ever! Truly beautiful - can’t wait to come back!!"

"The location of this property is amazing with a great view to the Crash Boat beach and Aguadilla bay. You just need to walk about 200 meters, come down a set of stairs and voila, you are at the beach! Also the configuration of the property was perfect for our large family with 3 adult children, spouses, and grand kids (3 under the age of 3). The outside common had ample space for all of us to eat together and play with the kids. "

We waited for over 10 minutes after the check-in time, with no response from the host.
