"We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

"We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

"Zu allererst ein großes Dankeschön an Barbara, Massimo und Alice. Wir haben vom 20.07.-31.07.2025 gebucht.Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten schon ab 9Uhr morgens einchecken. Für uns perfekt, so konnten wir bereits den Abend am Vortag losfahren und waren somit in der Nacht am Brenner und konnten ohne Stau passieren. Wir waren dann gegen 11uhr angekommen und wurden bereits persönlich erwartet. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt ( auf Englisch). Danach hatte uns Barbara alle möglichen...

"Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for."

"Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo "

"Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Schwimmbad war sehr gut und genug groß für eine Familie. Der Besitzer des Hauses war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist allgemein ruhig und gut, für den Strand muss man sich um die halbe Stunde Zeit nehmen."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Alfonso’s beautiful villa. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool was superb with a lovely seating area all day and evening. The football pitch/tennis area was brilliant and gave us many hours of enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to the town and its bars and restaurants and plenty of areas to explore for long runs!The location was superb and we took advantage of the main line train station 20 minutes drive away which took us in to Rome...
