"Coffee was fresh, breakfast was actually pretty good, had the impresion of short staff but they were so kind and warm, they’re currently working (as contractors on site) in the rooms, bed was comfortable and shower running hot water. Will book again PS They bake cookies at 7pm"

"Rooms, hotel and casino are clean and nice. The only downfall is that the hallways within the hotels (located by the rooms) smell so strongly of cigarette smoke. They are non-smoking floors but I think people are sneaky because it’s overwhelming. "

"The entire staff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and well updated. Breakfast was a level above what you would expect from this hotel category. The wifi was a bit weak in parts of the room. Overall, we plan to go there again."

"I had a very pleasant stay overall, mainly due to the great customer service. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The shuttle service was a major plus, as they were very flexible with airport timing and even drove guests to other locations around town such as the Marine Base nearby. They were also very helpful in holding my suitcases for the day after checkout. The lobby is beautifully decorated and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. As for the room, the shower...

"Close to everything. Parking, check-in and check-out were easy. The pool was small, my son liked it. The room was large, but gross. The floors are not carpeted and dirt easily showed up on the bottom of our socks after walking around. There were black footprints on the wall by the bed. The bathtub paint was chipped. The room smelled strongly of bleach, which is the only proof any cleaning has ever occurred. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, nor were the towels replaced. Staff are...

"The room was clean and quiet. I don't care for the sink/vanity set up as it is too high and very wide, which makes it hard for anyone under 5'4 to get ready. Otherwise it was a nice room."
