  • Newly renovated unit, beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view of Bonavista Harbour and Ocean. Listen to the sound of the waves, just a stone throw away and breath in the clean fresh air while enjoying a bbq on the rear private patio. In season watch the local fishermen hauling their lobster pots just a few feet away.Located in the historic community of Bonavista, these newly renovated units are beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view of Bonavista Harbour and Ocean. Listen to the sound of the waves, just a stone throw away and breath in the clean fresh air while enjoying a bbq on the rear private patio.

    In season watch the local fishermen hauling their lobster pots just a few feet away. While visiting check out the many attractions Bonavista has to offer. Our units are located in one of the most historic parts of Bonavista – only a few minutes walk away from the Ryans Premises and The Matthew Legacy.
    This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
    A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

The space was perfect. Close to everything and the property owner was very accesible and accommodating. Not only the ability to do laundry but other personal touches made it like home. Near a beautiful sunset point where we saw whales!

Efficiency by the sea

Nice simple studio in Bonavista with everything you need. A good place to settle while you go explore the area around. It is along a busy road so need to be careful during the day if with small children. TV channel selection is limited but overall location is great!

Having a laundry was a boon, after many days on the road. The suite is very well kitted out and the bed, although small, was very comfortable. The area felt a bit underwhelming, not that close to amenities.

Very clean and would be good for 2 people but we booked for 4 adults and there was only one bed and a pull out love seat that was really meant for one person and wasn’t very comfortable. The unit beside us had the main cable box and unplugged it so we couldn’t watch tv at night. The owner came to help us but no way to fix it unless he disturbed the other tenants.

Size is perfect for a couple of nights. Clean and modern. Washing machine available. The gentleman who greeted us was very nice. Everything we could need was made available to us. That was impressive.
