Enjoy the comfort and pleasure of staying in Trinity’s top guest rated luxury vacation home. The house comes fully equipped to satisfy all your needs. With over 2100 square feet of living space spread over three levels along with three separate exterior private decks with spectacular views there is plenty of room for you and your fellow guests to enjoy your stay.

All three bedrooms have either king or queen beds with high-quality linens and have been designed with windows to enjoy the panoramic vistas from your bedside.

The home has two full bathrooms (one ensuite) designed with custom tile work and granite top vanities.

High speed wireless internet is available to guests along with a 51' high definition cable television c/w a surround sound entertainment system. A section of games, movies and a library of local books are available for your enjoyment.

A large custom stone propane fireplace flanked by four garden doors leading to the main exterior deck is a prominent feature in the living room.

The kitchen comes equipped with a full range of appliances and utensils to prepare your culinary master piece. Centered in the kitchen is a large granite island with breakfast seating that allows for a gathering area for guests. Dining in the home is also a pleasure as you can sit at the large table and enjoy the amazing roof top views of the historic town surrounded by the harbour and its rugged seaside landscape.

A propane bbq is located on the main rear deck in addition to a large fire table and comfortable seating for eight.

The house comes with a fully equipped laundry that is available on the lower level for your use.

The home is ideally situated in the historic district of the town of Trinity. Leave your car parked and enjoy minutes walking distance to a range of attractions and amenities including;

•Numerous historic sites and museums

•The Rising Tide theatre including the Trinity Pageant and various dinner theaters and shows

•A number of fine and casual dining restaurant options

•Boat tour companies

•Walking tours and world renowned hiking trails

Also within a short driving distance you can explore movie sets from the recently released “The Grand Seduction”, “The Shipping News” and the unique village setting used in the filming of the historic “Random Passage”.

Numerous other attractions can be found all along the Bonavista Peninsula including; the replica of the “Matthew” ship used by John Cabot; the brand new sealers interpretation center and monument located in Elliston or golfing at the View in Princeton just to name a few.

The area is also renowned for its amazing natural beauty and many attractions. View the majestic icebergs, watch whales playing in the bay, eagles soaring overhead or the enjoy the spectacular rugged ocean coastline.

Beyond our Expectations

Beautiful home with all amenities. Location was great in a quaint town. We over looked the amazing view from the crows nest. We had lots of room in the four bedroom home. Lovely open kitchen, dining, living area. Dean and Denise were excellent hosts! We would certainly rebook.

Incredible location

Another great stay

This was our fourth time renting the Crow's Nest and it never fails to deliver. It has everything - great location, 360 degree view from the top deck, wonderful layout, very clean, comfortable and great communication with the owners. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful lace to stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in picturesque Trinity with friend from the US and Ontario. This was a beautiful place to start and end our days. The house itself is fabulous. Very comfortable, great location, all amenities provided. The views are incredible, the outside space great. Would be delighted to stay there again. We give it the highest possible recommendation.

Trinity family vacation

We really enjoyed our time at the Crow’s nest. The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely comfortable, outfitted with everything you need and very charming. The pictures don’t capture the beauty of the town or the home. Dean and Denise were very communicative and helpful. We would and have recommend the Crow’s Nest to our friends, family and anyone that wants to explore Trinity and the surrounding area.

Wonderful house, wonderful hospitality!

This was our dreamed-of return visit to the Crow's Nest, an it did not disappoint! We stayed here two summers ago, fell under the spell of Trinity and this lovely house, and vowed to return. Happily, we were able to make this happen! The property once again offered comfort, space, and amazing views to everyone in our party (ages ranging from 7 to 72). From the moment we walked in the door, we all felt the care and thought Dean and Denise put into this home. By no means has the passage of time translated into wear and tear -- on the contrary, the house is as beautiful now as it was when we arrived two years ago, with a couple of very nice additions! Thank you, Dean and Denise, for once again sharing your Trinity abode with us and our family. We feel blessed to have had this repeat visit, and hope very much to return!

Such a wonderful home-book it!

The hosts thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms modern and so clean.
