"The location is great, but very expensive. We like having a kitchen and laundry facility. There is no fan provided, so be prepared in warmer months. The bathroom door is frosted glass and does not reach the ceiling. "

"I am an S.F. native and my daughters have been here many times, too, even though I live in Michigan now and they grew up there. We all had a super time renewing our relationship with The City. Best of all, I was able to show my five grandchildren where I grew up!"

"Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced."

"Amazing location and amazing views! My kids loved the ‘secret garden’ and the cats. The flat was well located for all the things we wanted to do. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"Perfect SF house with original details but good updates. We had four friends total staying for a long weekend, and we all had comfortable beds. Living room was great for hanging out and catching up, and the kitchen was big enough to let us do multiple food preps.Easy access to 19th Ave and traveling around the city."

"Had a great stay at Howard’s property. It is the lower level of a house, very nice having a garage if renting a vehicle. Very safe area and close access to Golden Gate Park and Muni buses. Howard was accommodating and met upon arrival. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. If looking for a place to stay in the Richmond district or near Golden Gate Park, this is a great option!"

"Beachfront convenience. Comfortable and clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Property management was responsive to any questions."

"Me and my wife stayed here and the property was beautiful and clean! The area is great and plenty of restaurants in the nearby town to try out. Very close to Muir woods and the neighborhood seemed very safe and was quiet. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a vacation spot just outside the city but still close enough to make that trip into SF. "

"The entire stay was great! Everything I needed to be comfortable. The owner stayed in contact with me at check in and was available throughout my stay. Easy access - no stairs to climb. Very clean and well thought out for guests needs."

"Joe's place was just we needed. A sufficient place to lay our heads while visiting San Francisco. About 30 min away. Good for a family on a budget. Kids loved the mini golf course in the back yard."

"The Little Ruby was great for our little anniversary getaway. Easy to find and very serene. The fire pit was a sweet bonus, and plenty of wood. Not having to worry about bringing half and half, butter and eggs was another bonus!! Ewa was very communicative and helpful.
