We had some fun and games with the toilet as the flush didn't seem to bounce back properly meaning it's re-fill took a long time but we figured out how to make it work in the end. We also struggled to make the main light work without the fan coming on as well but there was a lamp and other lights available so it was ok. "Place was awesome! The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The whole hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice and responsive! Fantastic location, tons of great restaurants and things to do immediately next to the hotel. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's really not something the hotel can control. "

"I was not expecting an email 24 hrs before check in telling me that there was no front office staff (they call it contact-less check in) to let us in the building. After waiting outside for 15 minutes trying phone numbers (2nd one worked) I got a code for the front door. Once we got in, I had to download an app and create an account for the app to get my bluetooth key to get in. Not exactly the most convenient, unless all hotels do this and you are prepared.
