"Our stay was good, bathroom was not as clean as we had hoped. I had already paid on Expedia and was charged again by the hotel, thankfully I got a refund but it was still inconvenient to have to go back and forth with staff for a refund."

"Easy to walk the area. Free breakfast was okay. They only refresh rooms every other day so if you come in for the weekend don’t expect the room to get attended. Room was okay, just wish it had a small table and two chairs to sit at versus one chair and one tall chair for a tall desk area. Overall, okay but could be better. No parking, only $45 valet per day."

"When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff. The hotel was beautiful, from the lobby to the bar and breakfast areas. The rooms are spacious with great kitchen area. Location is very walkable to the stadium and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was excellent — super friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist us with directions and getting around the area, which made our short trip much easier and more enjoyable. "From check-in to checkout this was a great hotel in a wonderful location. Walk to shopping and dining with ease. If you are traveling around Charlotte area like I was, it was a great place to use as a hub."

"The staff were so welcoming. we were able to check in a bit early and we appreciated that. the room was perfect and i especially loved the balcony i could step out onto for morning coffee. the breakfast was excellent and the waiter was so polite and working hard to make everyone feel attended to during the morning rush. we took a walk around the beautiful neighborhood after breakfast. i would absolutely stay here again."
