The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. "Owner was nice, but I thought it was way overpriced for what one got. You feel like the red headed stepchild at the Hyatt owned and managed property. While the hotel will deliver basic needs to your room like water and soap, they will not do so to these owner rooms. Expected something better, but it was actually worse. Will not do this again. "

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "
